At mooiezetpure.com, we strive hard to ensure you receive your treasure timely and expeditiously. We take immense pride in our attention to each step, and hope you will contact us if anything is not as you expected. Thank you!

All orders are shipped directly from our facility in New Jersey, within 1-2 business days from the date we receive the orders. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

FREE Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders at $75 USD and over (excluding taxes), shipped via ground service in the USA.

Standard Shipping

All Orders less than $75. Orders will be shipped out via USPS/UPS/FedEx and may take longer to arrive.

Express Shipping

Express shipping within the USA are shipped  via USPS.  Shipment with other carriers may entail additional costs.

Shipment information and Tracking

All shipments have a tracking number which is emailed to the customer together with the shipment confirmation. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Custom duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs, duties, tariffs and taxes incurred to your order. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Goods damaged in shipping

The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
